The client was struggling with brand awareness with their name TSVC. Their customers confused the letters, their website was hard to remember. They needed a way to grab the attention of new customers with an easy to remember name that begs recognition. Their existing website, whilst fine for their needs was costing an extortionate amount of money every month, with special 'SEO services' and costly 'SSL certificates' costing £100's per month.
